1. What We Collect

When you submit a scan request, we collect: your name, organization name, organization type, website URL, email address, and optional phone number. If you become a paying subscriber, billing information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card numbers.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party behavioral tracking on this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to: deliver scan reports to the email address you specify; contact you regarding your scan results or subscription; process payments; and communicate service updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Website Scanning

When you submit a domain for scanning, TrackGuard Pro accesses that domain's publicly available pages using automated technical methods. We record the tracking technologies detected. Scan data is retained to generate your report and to support re-scan verification. We do not retain visitor data from the scanned websites.

4. Data Retention

Scan reports and associated contact information are retained for the duration of your subscription and for 12 months thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@trackguardpro.com.

5. California Privacy Rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of that information, and opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, contact hello@trackguardpro.com.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. All payments are processed via Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We do not transmit or store payment card data on our servers.
